You’ve learned the basics—now it’s time to put it all together! Not quite ready for open play? Need a few more practice rounds before you feel confident playing on your own? Mahjong 102 is the perfect next step. This class is designed for players who have taken a beginner class or know the basic rules and are ready to build confidence through more hands-on play. We’ll play full games together in a relaxed, supportive environment, with guidance and opportunities to ask questions along the way. We’ll focus on: ✨ Making thoughtful discards as the hand develops ✨ Recognizing when to change direction and adjust your strategy ✨ Understanding when to call a tile and when to stay concealed ✨ Practicing defensive play and watching the table ✨ Building confidence with Charleston decisions This is a great opportunity to get more comfortable making decisions, learn from real-game situations, and practice before joining open play.
